2012 IAO Annual Meeting Cancellation & Refund Policy

All paid meeting registrations will be refunded totally on or before March 19, 2012. Paid registration cancellations on or between March 20, 2012 and April 16, 2012 will be refunded half of the registration paid. There will be no refunds made after April 17, 2012. In the unlikely even that the IAO Annual Meeting is cancelled, a full refund will be made to all advanced registrants. Cancellation of an individual speaker will not be cause for a refund.
