The 2009 IAO Annual Meeting is open to dentists worldwide who have an interest in learning more about orthodontics. Spouses, guests, dental auxiliaries and orthodontic/dental exhibitors are also
welcome.
For
visa purposes, the IAO headquarters office will send all interested dentists an
"Official U.S. Visa Invitation Letter" to attend the annual meeting if requested. The official
visa invitation letter can be used to help secure a visa to visit the U.S.A.
in order to attend the meeting. Dentists can e-mail their request for a
visa invitation letter to

justin@iaortho.org or fax their request to +414.272.2754.
In your request for an invitation letter, you must include
your full name as it appears in your passport and your mailing
address.
